Product Description

Powder coating is a solvent-free solid coating that is directly sprayed onto the surface of an object in dry powder form and solidified by heating to form a coating

Main components
Resin: such as epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, etc., determines the coating performance (weather resistance, hardness, etc.).

Curing agent: Reacts with resin to form a stable coating.

Pigments: provide color and coverage.

Additives: such as leveling agents, texturing agents, to improve appearance or functionality.

Environmental Protection: Non volatile solvents (VOCs) reduce pollution and fire risks.

Processing
